All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products or services purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including downloads, PDFs, and online content), all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@lornavaughn.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
